Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

At Overland Shoes, we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all aspects
of our business. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human
trafficking and take proactive steps to ensure it does not occur in our operations or
supply chain.

We recognise that preventing modern slavery forms an important part of our broader
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments. We are committed to
strengthening transparency, accountability and responsible sourcing practices across
our business and global supply chain.

Our Business and Supply Chain

Overland Shoes is a UK-based quality footwear designer and manufacturer. We design,
develop and supply licensed and own-brand shoes and safety boots to businesses and
directly to consumers across the UK, Europe and the USA.
We hold licences for a number of recognised brands including GH Bass, Karl Lagerfeld,
Dickies and Bobcat are committed to upholding the ethical and compliance standards
expected within those partnerships.

Policies and Ethical Standards

We expect all our suppliers and partners to uphold internationally recognised labour
standards. Our commitment is supported by our:

• Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct
• Code of Practice and Business Ethics
• Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
• Whistleblowing Policy
• Anti-bullying and Harassment Policy

Supplier Oversight

To manage risk in our supply chain, we work with well established brands and
manufacturers who also have a commitment to trading ethically:

• Assess suppliers based on geography, product type, and labour risk
• Request independent audits where appropriate and review corrective actions
• Work collaboratively with suppliers to improve standards
• Reserve the right to terminate relationships where serious breaches are not
remediated

Training and Continuous Improvement
Relevant employees, particularly in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain
management, receive training on modern slavery risks and reporting procedures. We
regularly review our policies and supplier controls to strengthen our approach and
improve transparency.

This statement has been approved by the CEO of Overland Shoes and is reviewed
annually.
